Troy Powell, LEED AP, currently holds the position of President and Project Executive at Creative Contractors Inc. Troy’s extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Project Manager at the same company, Project Manager at Pulte Homes, and Area Manager at RMC Ewell. Troy studied at the University of South Florida from 1989 to 1992. For more than 30 years, Creative Contractors has provided successful design-build services for multiple building types. Since we do not employ architects or engineers in-house, we have the ability to partner with the very best design partners for different project types. We work closely with our design partners to provide seamless communication and value to clients who prefer this model of single entity accountability.
