Andrew Foreman

Andrew, a native Floridian who was born and raised in Hardee County, joined the Bank in 2013. He graduated from South Florida State College with a bachelor’s degree in business and the Florida Bankers Association School of Banking while serving as class vice president. Andrew is currently an active member of the Central Florida Development Council and the Lakeland TigerTown Rotary Club. Andrew’s focus is on helping his customers grow their business and partnering with them on their commercial needs. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his wife, son, and other family. Brad Rhoden

Brad joined Crews Bank & Trust as Vice President and Commercial Banker in August of 2022. He has a connection to the Central Florida area having spent twenty-five years in the financial industry there, with two decades focusing on commercial lending. Brad works to support customers in their business decisions with a keen focus on helping them achieve growth and maximizing profits. A sixth generation Floridian, Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and human resource management from Florida Southern College. Following an internship at Merrill Lynch, he began his finance career in January of 1997, obtaining five financial planning licenses and later completed his curriculum at Louisiana State University’s Graduate School of Banking. Throughout his career, Brad has gained experience in business and employee development, loan underwriting, and government regulations. Brad is also an active member in the Polk County community, having participated in the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, various Boys and Girls Club Committees, and most notably as a mentor to two teenage boys at Florida Baptist Children’s Homes.
