Kyle Clyne is the CEO and President of Roggen Clyne Development, Inc., a leading civil and utility construction company in Central Florida. His leadership has strengthened the company’s reputation for quality, efficiency, and innovation across site development, including earthwork, underground utilities, roadways, facilities maintenance, and roll-off services. A University of Florida graduate, Kyle began his career as a Project Manager at Rodda Construction then as Site Development Director at Southern Homes, where he refined his expertise in land development and infrastructure. Kyle is committed to giving back to the community where he and his wife, Stacey, grew up and instills those values in their daughters, Marylee and Grace. He is active at First Presbyterian Church and serves on the Board of Gospel Inc. An outdoorsman, he balances his leadership at Roggen Clyne Development with time in nature, pickleball, and family.
