Established in 1971, Register Construction & Engineering is a General Contracting and Construction Management firm, providing a full range of general contracting services, including pre-construction and consulting, design-build, and construction management. Founded in Lakeland, Florida, our team has performed work throughout Central Florida, the Southeast and more, and completed a wide genre of projects across various sectors: industrial & manufacturing, warehouse & distribution, aviation, cold storage, office, food service & bakeries, medical, automotive, special use, retail, education and worship facilities.

Buddy Register
Lester D. “Buddy” Register graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction in 1970, and moved to Lakeland to begin his
construction career. He founded Register Construction in October of 1972, and has been a mentor and leader to many. Buddy was an early innovator in the construction industry and defines success by the company’s relationships and dedication to its clients. With over 50 years of construction expertise and leadership, he is an avid supporter of the community and is involved in all aspects of each project.
Les Register
Les attended the University of Florida, where he earned a degree in Building Construction. He has served in a variety of roles at Register Construction, since working in the field at a young age. He recently transitioned into the role of President and is looking forward to leading Register into a 3rd generation company.
