Established in 2022, RealCold was founded to address the unmet needs of the food cold chain sector. By combining high-growth strategic locations, modern high-throughput facilities, and exhaustive offerings that include traditional storage programs and diverse value-added services (including direct-to-consumer), the company has positioned itself as a collaborative and integrated provider for food retailers, producers, and distributors. This mission is reinforced through its highly bespoke solutioning and customer-centric approach.

Keith is a logistics and supply chain veteran, having spent the entirety of his 30+ year career in the sector. As CEO of RealCold, he is shaping the company to address critical gaps in the cold chain industry by spearheading best-in-class solutioning, high-touch services, and strategic infrastructure. RealCold is expanding its national network of facilities and evolving its high-performing operating platform under Keith’s leadership.

Keith’s prior roles include Group CIO at CEVA where he transformed the enterprise through strategic technology investments and later led engineering and business development for the Americas. Keith has also served as EVP and Chief Commercial Officer at Americold where he oversaw customer growth, solution design, and transportation service.
