William (Will) H. Harrell is a Florida-native attorney based in Lakeland whose law practice centers on delivering comprehensive legal services in estate planning, corporate transactions, real estate, and regulatory compliance. After earning both a J.D. and M.B.A. from Samford University, he began his career in estate planning and corporate transactional law. Later, while managing legal operations at Harrell’s, LLC, he expanded his expertise to include corporate compliance as well as government and regulatory affairs. Since returning to private practice in 2021, Will continues to assist clients in these key areas with a sharp focus on strategic planning, legal clarity, and compliance guidance.
