Wesley Beck is President of Asprye Properties, a private equity firm focused on investments in a variety of industries and industrial development. He also serves as CEO of Advanced Concept Innovations, a medical device company. Mr. Beck was formerly a founding partner in Florida Flavors, a specialty manufacturer of flavors and fragrances.

They operate a shared services facility with more than 400 employees based in Lakeland.
Polk State College (PSC) is one of 28 public institutions in Florida that offer associate degrees as well as career and workforce training programs. In addition to being a comprehensive community college, Polk State College is authorized to offer baccalaureate degrees to meet local and regional workforce needs. With two campuses and three centers located throughout Polk County, PSC serves 20,000 students and has an annual total budget of $51 million.

WellDyne expanded into Lakeland from Colorado in 2009 with plans to employ approximately 700 in their new 66,000 sq. ft. state of the art fulfillment center.
