Polk State College - PSC
PSC/Lakeland, a joint-use campus with University of South Florida Polytechnic, offers Associates of Arts degrees through the state university system. Students have the option to continue at the University of South Florida Polytechnic, provided the program is offered. PSC also offers post-secondary vocational certificates which are completed in less than one year in preparation for employment.

Florida Career Institute

Traviss Technical Center
Traviss Technical Center is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and offers 36 occupational courses ranging from electronics to machine shop. Traviss also provides skills training programs to local industry through its Business and Industry Services department. The course work is designed to meet he specific needs of the individual company. Both day and evening courses are available for students.
